I have noticed the same error on my Toshiba fire TV 55 inch. It seems to occur systematically in a pattern whenever I use my microwave. I do not know why I do not know how. I know that every time the microwave in my house is used, shortly after the air screen shows up: uvp-1001. I find it hard to believe that it is coincidence. I’m not sure if it is something to do with electricity in the outlets, or what. But that is what I have found. When the microwave is not being used I have no errors
