System Down

I have been trying to sign up for EZ Pass for over 4 months now and the system is always down. No matter when I try in the morning or night, doesn't matter. I have to put all my information in and then they tell me the system is down!! Also, when I try to buy EZ Pass at the toll booths I am always told that they are sold out. Take down the sign EZ Pass sold here. I have asked at many different toll booths as well. Scary that the NY Government can't even run a simple website!! Says alot to me.
