I had same UVP-1011 error code for about 24 hours and prior to that the shows would stop to buffer about every 3 or 4 seconds. This went on for several days. I finally sent a report via CBS website. As of 12/8/2018 the problems have disappeared for the past 24hrs. However, I now have a new problem. I own 4 Android TV Boxes, all of which were running the CBS Android app without issues. Now 2 of the boxes refuse to run the app. On one box the app opens and then closes after about 2 seconds. On the other box a popup says I need to download an update but then it refuses to do so. BOTTOM LINE: I'm very close to dumping this $5.99/month unreliable service.
