Have not been able to view account information for two days. The login process rarely gets to the point where a challenge code is accepted. Usually the process hangs at an earlier stage. When it does hang, "checking information" is what is displayed, or else after clicking to send an email challenge code the presentation freezes.
Using Win 10 Pro 32-bit version 1803 with all issued patches applied. Same results for both Edge and Firefox browsers, and both are the latest edition issued and all patches applied. Network access via Digital Ocean VPN.
