Studycenter.rea.com will not load at all.

This is a recent problem. When i try to load http://studycenter.rea.com to login, the page never loads. However this morning, a few hours ago, i had no problems getting to the page. I have tried using different browsers with no luck. Every other page works, its only the login page that simply will not load.
