No access to email since June 29, 2018

This is getting ridiculous! I have been unable to access my Comcast email account for almost two weeks now. I talked to Mark on June 29th and nothing came of that phone call. He thought it was a Google or Internet Explorer problem. I had a chat with Deobrat on July 8th and he told me someone would call me in 24-48 hours. So far, nothing has come of that phone call either. He was going to report the problem to Comcast's engineers. Obviously, they have been unable to fix the problem, as I am still getting "No service connection" and time out errors.
