Suntrust Internet Online Banking won't allow login

This has been going on for at least a week. I went to the branch and met with a manager, she had me log in to the account using HER computer, which is on Suntrust's private network and it worked. The IT people said to clear cookies and use another browser. NO changes had been made to the computer before or after the error. They lied to me, it's just that simple.
