Not Accepting Refill Payments! (The page loads and then immediately crashes? Not great.)

It says "Server Error" in the webpage. I have seriously been trying to load this page for hours
The image I have attached is a seperate error that occured when I was trying to screenshot the ORIGINAL error message... there's just a lot of not great things, really. "Generic Error" get outta town lmfao
It's the top of the page, I know you can't tell because it looks like a confusing mess (AND IS) but that is how it loaded in it's entirety!
