Telephone line hanging very low over roadway

The telephone line was low and then a delivery truck hit it and it is now almost touching the roadway. A neighbor has tied yellow tape to it as a warning to drive on the opposite side of the road. This is located on Quail Roost Lane, Jacksonville Florida 32220. It is pole number 1557.
