email links will not open/shows blank message body

The problem is that Comcast email is very sluggish to load....then once it finally does and you see the individual emails and you try to click on them to view the message, nothing happens. It just shows a blank page. All it shows is who you got the email from, the message body is completely missing. Unacceptable Xfinity/Comcast!
