Can't reach this page

Since almost a year ago (now March 2018) I have not been able to reach the barclaycardus.com site. I've contacted their customer service by chat and phone and they say nothing is wrong. I've tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome, an iPad, a Macbook, and a Windows 10 laptop, but to no avail. Browsers cleared each time.
