The Server is not responding.

My computer diaggnostic says that my computer and the connection to the server is fine but says the server is unresponsive. You are able to browse the page but dueling servers do not work. I have tried multiple routers and several work arrounds such as directly hyperlinking myself to a server and failed on all attempts.
