Sooo NY send out Tolls by Mail... 3 months after I went through it.  I missed the letter when I was away, so they added $5 late fee.  Then when I go to pay, you offer a discount and removal of the late fee if you sign up for EZ-Pass.  Then after going through the process... it just does not work for some arbitrarily issued error that is "We're sorry, the system is unavailable. Please try again later."     Pleae, give me a break.  Obviously I am not the only one, and many, many people are having the same issue... and it still has not been fixed?  Thanks NY Port Authority for wasting my time and money.
