it's Asanine that a website works for a couple certain locations and not for the other 2/3rds of your service area. Professionally speaking wouldn't it make sense to then notify effected customers as to when your site maintenance is expected to be up an running ... since it is being called a routine/scheduled maintenance ... this is probably the 5 individual time that I have seen THIS issue with your site alone ...
