Scanner at SFO parking lot exit doesn’t work

The Fastrak exit lane at SFO parking lot doesn’t scan. We ended up paying at the cashie at next kiosk. The cashier wrote down our license plate number for the record.
There’s no outage sign at the broken FasTrak exit lane.
