cannot log into account using browsers or app. Contacted tech support and they were at a loss. It’s going on one week now and I STILL cannot log in. I can’t even change my password as it repeatedly says that my information isn’t found, though  again customer service says all is good on their side. I am overseas and have NEVER had this problem.
