All systems down

tried to open my mobile banking to view my paycheck and said it was down. Every time I’ve opened it since it’s been the same thing. Tried the wevisure and it says it’s down. Thought id call and check on my phone but the telephone service says it’s down too. Went to the atm to check my balance (3 times) and it spits out a receipt that says “unable to process”. I first opened my app and 1:45 and it’s now 3:45 and nothing is working.
