It's been 24 hours. Even when I go to the Comcast site and log in, when I click on email I'm either routed back to the main page (which shows I'm logged in) or I get a Comcast error message stating they're aware of email/voicemail problems and are working on it.  In the meanwhile, NO ONE from Comcast support knows about or is acknowledging the problem.  They keep deflecting it back to "it must be your browser, cache, full moon"...  I just want to know when the damn thing will be up and running again. Simple request.
