X-box 360 CBS All Access App - I am experiencing similar behavior. Videos get a "CBS Server Unavailabler" error and never present. Can hear audio but no videos play. Started on 09/26/17 and still happening today 09/27/17.
Successful seeing a video recorded 09/15/17, primetime episodes with recording date later than 09/21/17 all fail with the same server unavaialble error.
