Doesn't recognize my password on the new site

i've been trying for a week and a half to log on to the "new site" and it doesn't recognize my password. After waiting for over an hour, I finally talked to a rep on Friday and who couldn't help me but told me to try again in 48 hrs. Here I am again, on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak with a rep after repeated attempts to try and change my password on-line but keep getting an "Oops, looks like something went wrong, but we're working on it" message, the same one I've been getting since a week ago. What a gong show!!
