The app does not work and the site will not load on a mobile device. Called customer service and she lied and said that I wouldnt be able to access my account information that I need on the app when I've done so several times before. Highly dissapointed because when I need the app the most, it doesnt work. This is def not my first time experiencing this and am kind of glad that Im not the only one experiencing this....thought my phone was crazy or something.
