sign in error with mobile app

error msg, "to complete your sign in we need to text or email you a temp code, currently we don't have the necessary contact info on file to reach you.."

 

ODD! all of my info is up to date.... no issue with logging in online. just with the MobileApp. I need to make mobile deposits, as there are no banks nearby.
