Site unavailable using web browser but iPhone App is working!

If I try to login using my computer I get the message, "The system is currently unavailable. Please contact customer service." but my iPhone App is working!
I tried calling the 800 number and I was told the wait would be more than 15 minutes, so I'm guessing many people are having problems! I hope my money is okay :)
