Can't login due to weird message

I try to log in and get this message "The website you use to access your account has changed. We apologize for this inconvenience. You may continue to use the toll free number on the back of your card to speak to a representative about your account."

i figure it's a problem on their end since I haven't received any emails about updates or anything.
