Today, 08/07/17, I am unable to track my shipment at fedex.com. I am able to pull up Fedex.com, but not able to track my shipment. When I called FedEx at 800-463-3339, I was told that they were running system updates, which I don't believe because no company would run updates during business hours (8AM-5PM). In any event, the tracking system is down and the agent could not tell me when it would be back up and running.
