trying to open a new account, fill out the whole application to be told system is unavaiable at the end. I called the toll free number and was told to use a different browser; still nothing is working. Was hoping to have this in time for an upcoming trip, not looking like it will. Traveled this past weekend and attemtped to purchase a tag at the toll booth and they were out. Getting frustrated now...
