I have tried to get on the website to add a car that we wanted to take on a trip tomorrow and had forgotten that we hadn't added it. I tried three different browsers and the website either says we can't verify your info or the websit is unavailable. The same thing happened a few months ago when I tried to update my cc information . Even though we live in PA we signed up for this at the NY state fair. I am going to cancel this account and get a PA one instead. This is incredibly frustrating. Now we will not be able to use EZ pass tomorrow on our trip because the damn website doesn't work. This is NOT an isolated incident.
