Loading my email

For the past 5 days my email will not load and when it does it takes about 5 minutes. Brings first page of emails I put a check by the ones I want to delegte and then it takes 10 minutes to delete them and another 10 minutes to reload the 2nd page of emails and then never loads them. It then gives me a message failed try again later. What in the world is going on. It's important that I check my emails daily. I am the President of a ladies group and have to send emails to my members. We pay a lot of money for cable and I want the damned problem fixed post haste.
