Can't access Wells Fargo Website

I can't access the Wells Fargo website. I have a Macbook running OSX 10.8.5 and when attempting to view the website on Safari I get the following message:
Safari can't open the page "https://www.wellsfargo.com" because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "www.wellsfargo.com"
I have attempted to clear all website data on Safari but still no success... I see a lot of people have issues logging on to the banks site, I wonder if they are having an issue on their end.
