Can't log in to wireless account YET!!!

It seems like all AT&T customers who is outside the North America can not login and stay logged in their accounts because AT&T got new website setting that do not allow to login in some countries (Russia and some Europian countries for sure). AT&T website use cookies to get location based on IP-address. And ATT customer service just act stupid like they do not aware of it. Well if anyone have similar problem with login to ATT account abroad please let us know in comments in which country. People have this problem for 4 months already. It's a shame for AT&T. Nevertheless I like their wireless service in any case for all this years)) Below is my messaging with them - so you will save your nerves and just have fun, enjoy... :) It seems like they wont fix a problem anytime soon. Though, keep in mind that day before, I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone with 8 or 9 of them and all of them promised to fix problem... Jessica: Welcome to AT&T Chat. Christian: as much as I wanted to help you with this, however you were actually routed to Wireless Billing Department and we solely assist billing concerns. Me: I was able to login in the USA and China, and you do not let me to login while I am in Russia - I take it as a harassment based on national origin. Christian: If you would want, we can go ahead and check more possible options with our International Care Department. Christian: I can partner you with them to provide further resolution.
