not able to read about items

I was wanting to order some sleeping shorts for my husband and when I tried to scroll down to read the reviews the page kept moving up and down so I could not go where I wanted to go. Something was stopping me from accessing the item I was wanting. It was very discouraging. I have gone back several times today and it is still messing up
