cannot access EMAIL - server issue

Talked to COMCAST SUpport in the Philippines and they admitted that had installed a new interface to the internet 48 hours ago. It would appear that they did not test it with all browsers since it is with FIREFOX I cannot access webmail.

WHen I asked when it would be fixed they said up to 72 hours! This is irresponsible. COMCAST when it has a monopoly in any area mistreats its customers by failing to invest in the server base that would support their customers. I sincerely believe the story posted today on AABC about hackers is a covcer-up to cover their technical failures
