Red Card Login not functioning.

This has been a persistant problem for almost a month now. It does not matter if I try logging in with my phone, iPad, different computers, or different web Browsers. Every time I try logging in with the correct username and password I get sent to the "Forgot Username/Password" page. I have even changed my password multiple times and it still will not let me into my account. It does not matter what time of day I try logging in because not matter what I do I keep getting directed back to the "Forgot Username/Password" Page even when I am no where near the button.
