Cannot log into my account

I've been trying to log into my account from my desktop for a while now. It's probably been since April. I've been having to use the phone app to check my registry and shop.
On the desktop, every time it does the same thing: I click my account, then sign in, it takes me to the sign in page and within seconds I'm rerouted to the home page. What's the problem and how come this has not been fixed yet?
