Can't make purchases

I have tried app, chrome and internet explorer. I get to cart then click checkout then click confirm shipping address. When it tries to go to the next step, credit card option it freezes, or a circle just keeps going round and round on screen. I can't buy anything. I have even tried buying 1 item at a time
