EDD transfer funds down

EDD transfer funds have been down since at least 6/2/17 (looks like longer, seeing the other comments), unable to electronically transfer my funds to my normal BofA checking account. Normal BofA site seems to be functional. People depend on this money, fix the problem ASAP.
