Online Payment Function Not Working

You can log into your account but you can't make a payment. When you submit it the status wheel just keeps turning.  Tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, IE) on 3 different computers (2 at home, 1 at neighbors).  The first time I tried was Sunday afternoon and it is still down as of Tuesday morning.  I heard Citi is aware of this, but three days and no official acknowledgement or status of this major issue is unacceptable.  Maybe it's time for news media to get involved.  By the way, you can call customer service and make a payment over the phone with no charge as my wife finally did if you explain that you continue having problems trying to submit the payment online (just write down the time and the name of the rep, verbally make sure there is no charge and have them repeat it, and ask them to make a note of this in your records).
