Can't access email or much of anything else

AOL webmail quit working last night. Regular AOL mail only accessible sporadically. AOL main page, tech support, etc also difficult to access.
I'm a long-time member of AOL. I'm on an iMac running OS X El Capitan, and Safari 10.1
