Unable to view camera on computer/ Mobile app OK

Unable to view camera on computer. Did chat with their tech support. They said many people are experiencing this problem. They are working on it. Would take up to 2-3 day to correct. That's ridiculous!! Why do I pay for monthly service, and it's down for so long? Not a happy customer!
