Unable to access my account or email
I can access the Xfinity home page; however if I click on account or email, a message pops up stating; "Hmmm....we are having problems reaching this page", or something close to that. This has been going on for approximately 1 week. I called in to report this on 1-13-17 and the customer service representative, Anna, was not helpful at all. I specifically asked her if there was an outage in my area and she stated that there was not. She could not offer any useful solutions to my problem.
