Chase Mobile App Mobile Deposit Issues
I have not been able to utilize mobile deposits for about 3 weeks now. I get error code "amount on check doesn't match amount entered" or "picture is not clear enough".
Things I've noticed:
*After logging on, while it's loading a message appears "enter your ID and Passwords", even though I already did and then the site loads.
*Just before pressing the shutter to take picture I notice the view of the check is "longer" than it used to be.
*I've uninstalled and installed twice now, did not help.
*I've called and just get the usual "we understand how this can be bothersome", etc.. I've emailed, over 2 times, never rec'd any response.
Extremely frustrating. The last time this happened in mid-2015, someone FINALLY admitted that the phone requirements were changed. You needed a newer operating system to use the app. I did get a new phone and it has been working perfectly.
