Checking account activity not updating

The last transaction/activity showing up (as of today 1/3/2017) on my BOA account online is dated 12/30/2016. There should be at least one transaction after that date showing up. Also, the site is not allowing me to message BOA. I'm at work and do not have my specific acct info with me so I can't call in at this point.
