Click n ship declining payment

I have wasted three hours trying to put postage on my packages. I have tried two different paypal accounts and three credit cards. There is nothing wrong with my cards or paypal accounts! I cannot wait all day in line and there is usually only one clerk. I know how to use click n ship, I've been doing it for years. I tried to call, but there is an hour wait to have the call answered. Postal Service is going down hill!
