Access Denied to Mobile App

Access Denied is displayed right on the screen. Will take the user ID and password then a screen pops up - No Internet Acess and that is not the case. I have tried it onyet mobile network and on WiFi, makes no difference. I can get to.my account on the regular website, but that doesn't allow me to make a mobile deposit.
