Unable to access Home Loan Navigator

Home mortgage information totally disappeared. Cannot log into the Home Loan Navigator on either my android mobible device or home pc. To make matters worse, I am sitting herel waiting on the real estate appraiser who was supposed to be here 2 hours ago and hasn't called or anything. Maybe its time Bof A gets out of the mortgage bizness.
