won't load

I have sent multiole messages but to no avail they cannot solve the problem. I was told that it is because so many cell phone users leave the apt runing and so those watching it on their tv cannot connect. Also most of the time women's soccer won't connect, and replay of women's soccer won't load. There are times that audio will work without video feed. There are big problems and they won't admit it. When I contacted Bright house, they recieved same errors as I did but Espn says it is the cable co.
