Error- 403-28: 6009 Parental Controls

Just finished episode 2 of Quantico on the ABC app on Apple TV. Went to watch episode 3 and got this error: Error- 403-28: 6009 Parental Control Settings do not allow you to view this content....even though I just watched the previous episode and I'm 29yrs old. I don't need parental consent.
