Can't login using chase mobile app or mobile website

I've tried logging in to my account using my username and password multiple times but keeps saying username and password are incorrect. I ended up changing my password 4 times trying to login. Everytime I would change it and I was able to login, but once I logged out and used the new password I created it would say username and password incorrect. I also contacted customer service and they provided me with a temporary password and when I tried to use that it said it was incorrect as well. I'm pretty annoyed by this problem.
