Tracking hasn't updated since the 14th of Sept

I had a package that was shipped on the 14th...states it left it's destination and is in transit. My "Estimated Delivery Date" was the 17th of September. Didn't arrive the 17th and the status has yet to update on USPS.com. I called and spoke to a customer service rep yesterday (09/19) and they were extremely rude and arrogant, cutting me off telling me "Your package isn't lost, etc, etc." Well, where the hell is it?!
