Backend Server Error - CONSTANTLY

The Walmart Pharmacy app does not work, it has not for a LONG TIME, constantly getting a "backend server error" message when I try to look at my prescritpions or refill from my prescription list.
I told the Walmart pharmacist, they replied that Walmart is a joke when it comes to technology.
